Whidbey Island's local distillery...from grain to glass We make te Absolvo vodka, Mortal gin, Poitin, Mulligan # # # Irish whiskey and bitters: ginseng, orange and lemon soon to come ginger We use local single malt barley, turn it into a mash then distill in our stills that are made by us then bottled and label by us. We distill 7 times and produce a VODKA that has no flavor to change your favorite

cocktail. From our VODKA we product a unique bitters...ginseng (grown by us in high elevations) we infuse the ginseng to perfection. Our bottle is so beautiful you may want to keep it !
