This morning, Hook’s Pub & Grill suffered a devastating fire.
Thankfully, the fire started in the early morning hours after all of our customers and employees had gone home safely. While we are incredibly grateful that no one was injured, the damage caused by the fire, smoke, and water is extensive and heartbreaking.
Amy and I want to sincerely thank everyone who has reached out today with kind words, prayers, and support. We are also deeply grateful to the Clinton and Camanche Fire Departments for their tireless efforts in battling the fire and trying to save our business.
At this time, the future of Hook’s Pub & Grill is uncertain. We have a long road ahead of us, and there are many questions that still need to be answered.
We would also like to ask for help on behalf of our staff. As of today, our employees are unexpectedly without work. They are an outstanding team of hardworking, dedicated people who would be a tremendous asset to any business. If you are a bar, restaurant, or hospitality owner or manager looking for help, please reach out to Amy, myself, or the employees directly.
Please keep our family, our staff, and everyone connected to Hook’s in your thoughts during this difficult time.
Thank you all for your support.
