Well… since the cat is kind of out of the bag, here it is.
We’re going to try to bring Hooks back. 🍀
There are still some big hurdles in front of us, and the biggest one involves the original Hook’s building.
Unfortunately, the part of the building that was home to Hook’s Pub for all these years cannot be saved and will eventually have to come down. But there is some good news: the other side of the building, including the kitchen, can be saved.
Our plan is to work with what we have, rebuild, and create a new Hooks in the portion of the building that remains.
There are still a lot of pieces that have to fall into place before we can say for certain that this is happening. But we’re going to give it everything we’ve got.
Hook’s has always been more than four walls and a bar. It’s been 23 years of friends, family, employees, music, burgers, cold drinks, late nights, pour decisions, great stories, and a whole lot of memories.
We weren’t quite ready for Last Call.
So maybe… just maybe…
this isn’t the end of Hook’s after all.
