Double Crust | All German Hazy IPA | 5.6% ABV

A collaboration with our good buddies at Birdtown Brewing over in Lakewood, brewed entirely with German-grown ingredients, including German Amarillo and Ariana hops. Apparently, that wasn’t enough?

Caleb and Zach started a joke at Bart’s expense, and it somehow became a reality with Double Crust. These unhinged brewer friends threw our house pizza dough AND Geraci’s Restaurant pizza dough directly into the mash tun. Crazy? Maybe. Delicious? Absolutely. The result is a soft bodied, hazy IPA loaded with bright citrus, very subtle stone fruit that combines with a caramel melanoidin note, and well rounded hop character with just a bite of bitterness.

The result is something even Flat Grammy is proud of. IYKYK

Double Crust is more than a name. It’s a lifestyle.

The Popper

Our September Pizza of the Month.

Whipped cream cheese seasoned with garlic, cayenne, and cracked pepper, mozzarella, cheddar, thick-cut bacon, fresh jalapeños, crispy fried onions, and a ranch drizzle.

If you’ve ever wished a jalapeño popper was an entire pizza, so did we!

Available all September. Pair it with a crisp pint of Helles of a View, Monterey Bay, or whatever you’re drinking. We have a feeling this one’s going to disappear pretty quickly!

Up next for live music, we’ve got a true Cleveland troubadour, Ray Flanagan!

I honestly don’t remember exactly when I met Ray, but I’ll never forget him dropping one of the many eps, and then playing my favorite song off of it at Gormleys Pub☘️ one night. We shared a Guinness (maybe some wh***ey), talked music, the scene, and I’ve been dialed in to everything Ray does since then.

Ray is one of my favorite songwriters and one of the truest performers around. No gimmicks. Just raw chops, a guitar, something to say, and a waterfall of tunes.

If you don’t know Ray, get hip and stop out for this one. You might come for a b**r and end up a little entranced by your new favorite music man.

It is time! The most anticipated collaboration in taste bud history!

We will be tapping our collaboration with Patron Saint this Friday at 6pm at Mosaic. Join us and their team as we geek out and sip some friendly suds!

Table Bier | Foeder-Aged Table B**r | 5.1% ABV

Table Bier is a collaborative effort between Mosaic and Patron Saint, born from Caleb’s long love of Old World saisons and historic brewing methods. This rustic table b**r spent just enough time in our oak foeder to transform into something that feels like it came straight from the earth. Bright lemon zest meets gentle oak tannin and a crisp, dry finish, with just a touch of that unmistakable Old World barnyard funk.
True to its name, Table Bier was made to be shared around the table with good company, and to pair perfectly with any of your favorite Patron Saint dishes. Rustic, refreshing, and wonderfully alive.

Monterey Bay

Kewl Kid IPA | 5.1% ABV

Like many of Caleb’s IPAs, this one started with a daydream of surfing somewhere along the California coast. This time, Monterey Bay was on his mind. Brewed with New Zealand Cascade, Nelson, and American Amarillo, it rides a wave of tropical fruit, white w**e grapes and a skosh of pine over a crisp, easy-drinking body. This is a solid Nelson forward IPA with a bright semi-dry finish. The kind of IPA you could knock back after a morning of chasing those Santa Cruz rollers.

WHATS A KEWL KID IPA?!?! WELL, I’LL TELL YA! It’s not a traditional West Coast IPA, but rather an IPA inspired by the west coast.
