National Housekeeping Appreciation Week! ❤️🧹

Last week, we celebrated the people who keep The 9 looking its best.

We filled the week with good food, sweet treats and plenty of surprises, including Cleveland Cookie Dough Company, specialty cookies, a made-to-order omelette station, lunch and games at Wild Eagle, 9-branded beach towels and a snack cart filled with treats, snacks and energy drinks.

Thank you to our housekeeping team! We appreciate you every week!

Happy 12th Birthday to us! 🥂🎂✨

For 12 years, The 9 has been part of the Cleveland skyline — bringing together historic charm, modern hospitality, unforgettable stays, celebrations, and experiences in the heart of downtown.

As we celebrate another year, we’re also celebrating a new chapter. Our hotel rooms have officially been renovated, with even more renovations throughout the building coming soon. We’re continuing to reimagine The 9 while honoring what makes this place so special.

To our incredible guests, residents, team, and community — thank you for being part of the story. Here’s to 12 years and everything still to come.
