Shining the spotlight on Limelight Member Sean McClain. He is the CEO and Principal CRM Engineer of Lakefront Data Solutions, a company that started in May of 2024. Sean is certified as a data engineer / ML engineer in most major cloud platforms and holds many platform certifications in Salesforce and other CRM platforms. Before starting his company, he managed data engineering and business intelligence at several agencies.

He grew up in Canton, Ohio. He attended The Ohio State University and earned a degree in business with a minor in entrepreneurship. After undergrad, Sean returned to the University of Akron to earn a MBA with a minor in computer science and analytics. He moved to Cleveland for a job in 2018 and where he met his wife Karen.

Outside of work Sean enjoys preparing for and racing in Ironman-distance triathlons. When he's not running, swimming, or biking, Sean plays and hosts Magic: The Gathering tournaments at local venues around Cleveland. The tournaments typically draw 80 - 100 attendees who compete for cash prizes and trophies. He also can be counted on to cheer on his wife on the weekends when she competes in horseback riding events.

Limelight is offering two opportunities to attend a FREE workshop on how your business might leverage YouTube. Members and non-members welcome to attend.

Cindy Scott has owned Smart Family Money since 2017, helping people learn money basics. She has been on YouTube since 2020 and has since expanded to three YouTube channels on different topics. Every month, Cindy earns thousands in passive ad revenue while reaching a global audience of over 250,000 people.

Shining the spotlight on Limelight Member Danielle Augustin. She has TWO jobs: Marketing Project Manager at the Cleveland Clinic for the past year and Executive Director of the Kentucky Diabetes Network, which is a nonprofit providing education to healthcare providers, supporting people affected by diabetes, and works with legislators to advocate for diabetes-related policy change such as capping insulin prices. Danielle is also a Certified Health Education Specialist due to her passion for helping people understand how they can improve their health as well as teaching health professionals how to effectively work with patients and community members on their health journeys.

Danielle grew up on the West side of Cleveland in Olmsted Falls. She earned a Bachelor of Science in Exercise Physiology from the University of Mount Union and then a Master of Science in Health Promotion from the University of Kentucky. She lived in Lexington, KY for 5 years before coming back to NEO in 2022 and buying a house in Ohio City in 2024.

Outside of work, Danielle enjoys tending her garden where she grows both veggies and flowers. She took up rock tumbling last summer as a new hobby which has taught the importance of being patient and trusting the process. Danielle love taking walks in the Metroparks, exploring local dive bars, and scootering downtown for Guards games. And if that's not enough, she also volunteers with Special Olympics Ohio as their Health Promotion Clinical Director for the Healthy Athletes Program – this program offers athletes comprehensive health screenings at no cost to them or their families. She's very much looking forward to Cleveland hosting the 2030 Special Olympics USA Games!
