The passionate culinary team, with an in-house butcher, and charcutier, embraces local ingredients, ethnic flavors, and artisan producers to create a farm-house inspired menu. Jack Attack! V. 2 - Session IPA | 5.1%

This one goes out to our favorite brewery rep on his first birthday! Small, but mighty, this session combines 2.8lbs/bbl of TopHopsFarms Chinook and Vista w/ PNW Amarillo and Mosaic. She starts you off with soft aromas of red berries and tropical fruit, before hitting you with flavors of lime zest, pineapple, and pine. Like our dude, she's easy to approach, but nuanced.

Guys, we've been busy. Our brewer wanted a canning line - so we drove him out to Erie in a blizzard, on his birthday, to buy one. Since then, we've blown up and rebuilt part of our cellar, learned the value of ensuring measuring equipment works as designed, used a lot of expletives, and put together a pretty cool product if we say so ourselves.

Introducing our annual baseball beer, The Jake, in cans! We soft launched her in the building on Opening Day, but now she's officially in the market!

Hey, we did a thing. Waaaay back in January, Beer Connoisseur Magazine published their annual review, where they rated Devil in a Blue Dress an Exceptional 95 and ranked it their 13th best beer of 2025. And last week, the people of Untappd named it the third best Belgian Golden Strong in Ohio.

To celebrate, we finally got our certificates printed and framed - and we're releasing the last of our bottles for in-house consumption! These guys have held up beautifully and have a ton of character from their secondary fermentation in the bottle. Come snag 'em before they're gone.

When life hands you oyster shells (via Stout it Out Loud), make oyster stout?

Get that Pearl - Oyster Stout | 5.3%

Brewed with floor-malted Maris Otter, flaked barley, and roasted malt, this deceptively light stout was modeled after an Irish classic - and then we added 100 lbs of oyster shells to the boil. This addition helps to improve “clarity of flavor” (are we doing it right, ) and increase the smooth factor. Notes of dark chocolate and roast predominate against a creamy malt background.

*Many oysters were harmed in the brewing of this beer.

Stop Hop Kaboom! - American IPA | 7%

We dropped a new batch of our core IPA this week and we're diggin' what she's putting down. Stop Hop's been with us since day one, but she's changed with the times - hop availability, product and process advancements, and brewers' preferences ( can keep their Simcoe) have all influenced our quest for perfection.

This iteration came about as the result of the "Dank" variant we made back in August. For that one we used a h**p derived terpene formula that provides strain-specific "dank" flavors without any of those pesky compounds that'll have you feeling a way. The end result was fun, if a lil much; however, as we incrementally dosed the terpenes, we found that, at lower levels, the hop flavors were amplified and the beer just felt a little more complete. So, we pulled the trigger on a whole batch.

Featuring 3llbs/bbl of Amarillo, Mosaic, and Chinook, plus a little something extra, this babe oozes with notes of ripe pineapple, grapefruit zest, and resinous pine with a clean finish that finds the balance between assertive and approachable. Come give her a spin and let us know what you think.
