After 5 incredible years, it’s time to officially close the Mimosa Bar.
What started as a fun little idea turned into so much more than serving mimosas. It became a front-row seat to birthdays, bridal showers, grand openings, fundraisers, markets, celebrations, and countless days spent laughing with this amazing community. So many of you became friends, and for that, I’ll always be grateful.
This wasn’t an easy decision. If you’ve been following my journey, you know my health has taken me in a different direction. Right now, my energy and focus need to be on healing, and I’ve learned that sometimes the bravest thing you can do is acknowledge that you can’t do everything at once.
To every customer who stopped by for “just one mimosa,” every event organizer who trusted me, every business that welcomed me, and every friend who cheered me on…thank you. You helped build something I was incredibly proud of.
While this chapter is closing, I don’t believe it’s the end of the story. I truly believe God has a way of using closed doors to lead us to new ones we never imagined.
So this isn’t goodbye—it’s simply “see you later.”
Thank you for five unforgettable years, for your kindness, your support, your laughter, and for raising a glass with me. 🥂
