🔥 EMPLOYEE SPOTLIGHT: THE HEART OF OUR KITCHEN 🔥
Today, we’re shining the spotlight on the crew that makes so much of what we do at Salty Crab North Beach possible — our cooks. 👨🍳👩🍳❤️
Our guests may see the smiles from our servers, enjoy the atmosphere, and sit down to some of their favorite meals — but behind every plate that hits the table is a kitchen team working hard to make it happen.
Every crab leg, shrimp dish, sandwich, pizza, breakfast plate, seafood dinner and everything in between starts with them.
The truth is, none of the rest of it works without a great kitchen.
You can have great service. You can have a great atmosphere. You can have a packed restaurant. But at the end of the day, people come back because they remember how the food made them feel — and our cooks are the ones behind those moments.
They work through the heat, the rushes, the long tickets, the busy weekends and the nonstop orders. Most of the time, they’re doing it behind the scenes without receiving nearly as much recognition as they deserve.
So today, we want them front and center.
