A Special Night at The Boatyard ❤️

Last night, The Boatyard had the privilege of witnessing something truly incredible.

The 1000 Islands Charity Poker Run presented a remarkable $275,000 check to the Make-A-Wish Foundation of Central New York—an extraordinary accomplishment and a powerful reminder of what can happen when a community comes together for a greater purpose.

The people behind this organization are truly amazing. They dedicate countless hours, tremendous passion, and an incredible amount of hard work to bringing such a special event to our beautiful St. Lawrence River. But the impact of the Poker Run reaches far beyond the event itself.

Through their efforts, they provide meaningful financial support to numerous local charities serving both adults and children throughout our communities, while also helping Make-A-Wish create unforgettable experiences for children and families facing some of life’s most difficult circumstances.

We are incredibly fortunate to have an organization like the 1000 Islands Charity Poker Run in our community. Their generosity, dedication, and commitment to giving back make a lasting difference in the lives of so many.

To everyone involved—thank you for all that you do.

The Boatyard was truly honored to host such an incredible group last night and to be a small part of such a meaningful evening.

We are already looking forward to seeing what the 1000 Islands Charity Poker Run has in store for 2027!
