• Fish Tacos (three tacos of fried cod, shredded letttuce, shredded cheese, and our zesty taco dressing, served on flour tortillas)
• Brisket Tacos (three tacos of tender brisket, fried onion strings, tomato, lettuce, and chipotle ranch, served on flour tortillas)
• Mexican Melt Burger (half pound beef patty, guacamole, jalapeno jack, Ortega chile, and spicy mayo, served on grilled sourdough)

Because we just couldn’t wait until Tuesday. Join us this weekend at Ed’s Mudville Grill for our famous corned beef Reuben sandwich (corned beef, sauerkraut, Swiss cheese, 1,000 islander dressing, served on grilled rye, with a side of fries. $18.55 Make it a St. Paddy’s combo with a pint of Guinness, and keep the glass! $30.34
We’ve also got our Irish Nachos (potato wedges, corned beef, nacho cheese sauce, cilantro & roasted red pepper sauces, and sour cream. $14.79

Troop 32379 will be on-site to send you home with some delicious Girl Scout Cookies after you enjoy dinner and the cookie & beer pairing with us at Ed’s.
Tomorrow’s line up features a little something for everyone!
•Lemonades with Maui Water Lemon Berry Tides Hard Seltzer:
This shortbread cookie has a zippy icing, which pairs nicely with the bright citrus, sweet/tart blueberry, and carbonation of this blueberry & lemon hard seltzer.
5.5% ABV
-Trefoil with Maui Waui West Coast IPA:
The icon, the GSC constant, The Trefoil. The subtle sweetness and buttery texture bring out the citrus brightness in this fan favorite IPA from Altamont Beer Works. 6.5% ABV
-Peanut Butter Sandwich with Nutty Operator:
Peanut butter sandwiched between two crunchy oatmeal cookies, with a rich, full-bodied, roasty peanut butter stout. Cookie and beer contain peanuts! 5.8% ABV
-Adventurefuls with Rich Mahogany American Red Ale: These brownie-inspired cookies with caramel work well with pungent hop character and sweet maltiness of a red ale. 6.5% ABV
-Caramel DeLites with German-Style Golden Lager: The caramel and toasted coconut bring out the deeper, malty sweetness of Altamont’s hand at a German-Style Golden Lager. 5% ABV

The absolute exercise in freshness went from brewery tank to keg to distributor to the tap at Ed’s Mudville Grill all in the same morning! Our lines are freshly cleaned and ready to receive this bastion of fresherocity! You want fresh?! Come taste some fresh!
The recipe for this coveted, annual DIPA from our friends in Chicken Town (AKA, Petaluma) changes every year. The 2026 batch of Big Chicken Double IPA features Belma CGX, Dolcita, Simcoe, and Citra hops, lending to notes of sweet citrus, peach rings, strawberry, coconut piña colada. 10.1% ABV.
We are grateful to be one of the select accounts to be offered Big Chicken DIPA, and once our allocation is gone, it’s gone. So be sure to visit us soon! Otherwise, you’ll have to wait until 2027!
You thought Big Chicken Day was enough reason to celebrate?! It’s also World Bartender Day! What better way to celebrate with everyone’s favorite publican, MacDaddy!
