Finally, we have a barbecue restaurant in Rabun that is worth it’s salt. We just had a fantastic lunch at The Blue Hound Barbecue in Dillard. Holy smokes, that was Devine! Melt in your mouth brisket, fantastic sausages, sauces and sides were absolutely on point. Kyle Brenner and crew are going to rock your world! Please come out, support these great people and treat yourself to some competition quality ‘Cue!

Our Story

We are a family owned and oriented business dedicated to serving the best barbecue and southern fare in Georgia. Our love of sharing decades old family recipes extends to locals and tourists alike. We're certain we'll have something you'll love, no matter what part of the country you call home.

Our Barbecue is competition quality, all the way across the board. Try our incredible Smoked Brisket, Giant Beef Ribs, Pork Spare Ribs, Slow Smoked Pulled Pork or our Smoked & Fried Chicken. Finish these with any of our 7 house-made regional sauces. (Georgia Red, SC Mustard, NC Vinegar Pepper, Alabama White, Kansas City, Bourbon Apple or our Hot BBQ Sauce.)

Our BBQ is incredible, but so is the rest of our menu. We feature an array of incredible burgers, made with a custom blend of ground Beef Chuck Roast, Hanger Steak and Brisket. We have several unique & delicious Salads. Our Taco & Slider menu is very popular as well. All of our sides are made in house daily and we pride ourselves on our house made Brunswick Stew and Chili. We do offer specials when the mood strikes us, these usually show our more creative side and could be anything from real Fish and Chips using Fresh North Atlantic Cod, Shrimp and Grits, Grilled Shrimp Po boys, Gumbo, low country boil, or anything else we love.
