“Do you know me? My names Artie…at least that’s what the staff at FBCAS decided to call me when I came in as a stray from Fresno late yesterday. I’m such a handsome boy that they’re sure I have a family out there somewhere…I just can’t quite remember where! I want to go home - please let FBCAS know if you recognize me!” - Artie

At 12 years old, Artie is a super senior…but he’s also super sweet! Like most older dogs he need a little extra special care - he’s blind and has some masses on his private bits. He’s also a bigger boy - a Mastiff mix that weighs in at about 80 lbs.

Artie came into the shelter already neutered and with a microchip so we know he had an owner at some point…but unfortunately his microchip was never registered so we’ve been unable to contact them. Please share on the off chance one of your friends will recognize him!

If his owner can’t be found, Artie will need a medical rescue. Think you can help him with that? Give us a call at (281) 342-1512.

Well it looks like tonight is going to be the last night for the Clayton Tavern for a few months....The tavern is going to be closing its door after tonight. This is hopefully only for a few months... So stop by and help us go out with a bang!!! Courtney will be there serving Clams and Chicken and Dumplins!!
The Tavern is going to be Missed!!!!!!!!!

Clayton Taverns 7th Annual Chili Cook Off will be held on Saturday March 22, 2014! SIGN UP SHEETS ARE IN THE BAR AND IN THE PACKAGE STORE!! Guest bartender from 10am until 11:30am ...12:00pm is Registration. Come join us and enjoy the Chili Feast after the 1pm to 2pm Judging to determine the Winners !! 3pm Everyone can enjoy the entries!!

to support the Girls of the Smyrna Clayton Little Lass

Prizes, 50/50, hor d'oeuvres

Start time 12 Noon....Departure 1 PM
$10 pp advance registration
$12 pp day of event

Must be a minimum of two persons per vehicle
