"Milk of the Dragon Gods" has now been bottled. It is an Imperial Bourbon Stout aged on raspberries. This one should be good soon!

Kegging day in the McEllin West Brew house... Blueberry Saison... "Not Memebers Only" Pale Ale and the StoutStanding... All kegged and carbonating! Not an empty key to be found and after tomorrow... A few primaries in line waiting for the next one to kick.

Finally racked the Roeselare Sour to a carboy today! Time it for it sit another 9 months! She smelled good and sour when I moved her though!

It's been a while since we have done any brewing of any significance... We decided to take on a kettle sour! Thanks to McEllin Brewing Company East, we have been holding the lacto around 100 since last night. Should be good and sour by Sunday!
