Hey all as you all know we shut down the brick and mortar restaurant 8 years ago but I have been doing the guest Chef thing at several restaurants like Brickside Bar and Grill and Bridgeport Conference Center also private catering but due to a recent massive heart attack I will be taking the summer off other than over seeing and Teaching others how to QUE thanks to all who have helped me live my Dream of cooking Bar B Que for you all ....With love ❤️ Big Frank ....ps I'm still around drop me a text sometime.

Hey All Frank here as most of you all know we cut back to catering and Hog Roasting on a limited schedule since Pam had 2 heart attacks last fall [2019] We had several booked this year but that COVID-19 hit and hit us hard, all events were cancelled so till this Flu Thing is over we will be on the sidelines waiting to fire back up again in limited events...

Hello all... Frank here thought I would post whats been going on. Big Franks BBQ is still around we still do Whole Hogs,Catering and Concessions when we have time.
