We're back! As Rotary's premier fundraiser of the year, this event features food and wine tastings, entertainment, raffles, and a chance to mingle with your friends and neighbors. The purpose is to raise funds, which go right back into YOUR community. It will be held on held Sunday, October 30 frm 4-7PM at the Country Club of Scranton.

Spring cleaning? Rotary Club of the Abingtons will be holding a drive to collect a variety of clean MATERIAL to be made into sleeping bags for the homeless on Thursday, May 19, 2022 from 11 AM to 1 PM at the Clarks Summit Fire Station on Bedford Avenue in Clarks Summit. Items accepted include: clean used sheets, pillow cases, table cloths, sewing material, blankets, mattress pads, comforters, throws, and towels to create the bags; MEN'S TIES are especially needed and used for straps; and cotton crochet thread or heavy duty thread. Material will go to the Maple Lake Methodist Church Quilting group that makes quilts for the Scranton Intervention Center.

Thursday, March 18 Rotary Club of the Abingtons members will be donating/collecting canned and boxed soups for the Dalton Food Pantry from 11 AM to 1 PM at the Clarks Summit Fire Station #1 on Bedford. Donations may be dropped off at that time or in advance at PSBank near Gerrity's. We thank you for your continued support of this effort and applaud the many 'regulars' who have been loyally making donations the past several months.

SNOWMAGEDDON! Our next collection has been changed to Thursday, Feb. 25 11 AM - 1 PM, Clarks Summit Fire Station. We'll be donating and collecting CANNED and DRIED fruit for the Dalton Food Pantry.
