We are pleased to announce our first smoked pork competition, scheduled for June 20th. The day's events include setup at 9 am, cooking at 10 am, and judging at 5:30 pm. Community voting is a key aspect, and we invite everyone to participate and select their favorite dish. Registration with Inda Clar is required by June 10th, with a $25 fee. Participants can submit any type of smoked pork with one side dish.
