We add vodka if you want as well!

Not trying to flex, BUT…. we’ve been told by numerous customers that our Bloody Mary is the best they’ve ever had!

We start with our organic tomato juice, fresh squeezed lemon juice, celery salt, pepper, Worcester and Frank’s. Spice level is based off individual customers’ request. Topped off with pickles, olives, lemons and limes! Customers can have it traditional with vodka, or make it a bloody Maria with tequila!

There’s nothing worse than going to order a margarita at a restaurant and tasting nothing but sour mix!

That’s why we value products created with the highest quality ingredients. Our margarita is made with homemade simple syrup, organic cranberry juice, fresh squeezed limes, top shelf triple sec and tequila.
(Our traditional margarita is made the same-minus the cranberry juice).

✨FEATURED DRINK: Spiced Pear Martini 🍸

To be a true handcrafted cocktail, the drinks’ ingredients need to all be made by hand by a bartender. This means no store-bought mixes or syrupy juices.

Our spiced pear martini is made with a homemade cinnamon sugar simple syrup, fresh squeezed lime juice, and organic pear juice. 🍐🍋‍🟩

It is by far one of our most popular cocktails that people order and rave about! It is usually a fall drink, but because it is so popular, we will be putting it on our regular menu throughout the summer as well! Come try and see for yourself!

2025- the year we started Off the Wagon!
Most of the year was spent renovating and building the truck, creating cocktails, and booking events. The events this year were learning experiences, and a TON of fun! Thank you to every venue/event that took a chance on us this year, and every person who stopped by for a drink! We appreciate the small business support more than you know!
