🍸 Last night I was invited to join a local ladies networking group and was asked to make some drinks for the Galentines Event!

So after some conversation and planning, I created four different mocktails that pair with spirits like rum, tequila, vodka, prosecco and gin.

Many have asked how we made the signature cocktail for a recent party and here’s the recipe.

To make any herb flavored simple syrup, make a basic simple syrup recipe. After the sugar is dissolved, remove from heat and steep fresh herbs for 5-7 minutes. Strain the flavored syrup through a fine mesh strainer and keep refrigerated for up to 7 days.

Thank you Claremore Area Chamber of Commerce for having us out to bartend the Bye Bye Barby retirement party! We created a delicious vodka cranberry cocktail that was festive and quite delicious, along with a great selection carefully curated drinks to go along with the party.

Once a group of great bartenders, now a dynamic group of excellent drink slingers.

Coming Soon - Wild Thyme Drink Co will still bring all the stellar private event bartending everyone has come to love over the years, but we are also expanding to a mobile coffee and drink bar.
