💛 Reminder that there will be no Cincy Flow this Friday! 💛

Even without a community gathering, we encourage you to keep moving this week. Put on a song that speaks to you, shake out stagnant energy, stretch, breathe deeply, dance barefoot outside, or simply let your body move intuitively for a few minutes each day.

June is almost here and the dance floor is calling 😏

Join us every Friday for movement, connection, expression, and community at Cincy Ecstatic Dance Flow . ✨

Our June 5th gathering is donation-based, open to ALL ages, and includes a community potluck. Bring a dish, bring a friend, and bring your little ones. All other June dances are for ages 16+ while still holding the same intentional and community-centered energy plus there is complimentary cacao, tea, and light snacks available at every dance.

On June 5th and June 19th, Sacred Serenity Healer and Chris Rust will also be offering sacred herbalism products for the community to explore. 🥰

Whether you come to release stress, reconnect with yourself, meet like-minded people, or simply move freely, these gatherings are a space to be fully present without substances, pressure, or judgment.
