Dance is one of the oldest human traditions, possibly predating even spoken language.

Ecstatic dance is a powerful somatic practice to liberate your body, calm your mind, and release stress and heavy emotions in a community that is judgement-free and full of love 🧡

Every 1st and 3rd Fridays, we offer the space for this practice at the Cincinnati Yoga School from 8-10 pm. 1st Fridays are free and open to all-ages and 3rd Fridays are for adults only with a live DJ. 🪩

Dance ecstatically with us every 1st and 3rd Friday at Cincy Ecstatic Dance Flow located in Norwood, OH 💃🕺

Enjoy high-vibrational dance music, cacao, a sound bath, and community mingling time and experience a space where you can move freely with no choreography, no substances, no judgment, no talking, no phones, and no photos or videos. Just music, full expression, sweat, laughter, presence, release, and real connection with yourself and others!

Doors open at 7:30 pm. We begin at 8:05 with an opening circle to go over agreements. Then we drop into an 80 minute music journey, followed by a 10 minute sound bath and a closing circle to connect and share.
