Our next Demogorgon recipe has been through enough twists and turns we can’t -exactly- call it a brand new variant 🤔, but we CAN assure you you’ve never tangled with this particular beast before. Call it an evolution of pastry perfection. ☺️🤌 🍺 Pecans, coffee, vanilla, and cinnamon are a delicious combo no matter how you cut it, and we’re calling this one Pecan Coffee Cake. Grab yourself a slice OCTOBER 31st at Demogorgon Day! 🙃👎🍻

Another week, another trip across the country! 🛫😵‍💫👍This week Garrett Hickey was in Boston and Nashua, NH, for a collaboration with our buds over at Spyglass Brewing. 🔭We brewed their first ever(!!!) West Coast-style IPA, and we couldn’t be more excited. 🍻🍻🍻 If you’re a Streetside fan in the area, keep an eye out for the release on Spyglass’ socials. Thanks to our friends for the hospitality 🫶, AND for introducing us to North Shore Roast Beef Sandwiches! 🤤🤌

ANOTHER BEAST IS BORN: Even the scariest monster starts out as a beautiful baby. 😁 As always, while the calendar ticks toward this year’s Demogorgon Day, the Streetside brewing staff is hard at work crafting the next generation of our barrel-aged behemoth. 🙌 The gang downstairs will check on him and tend to his progress during his long slumber in the barrel, but you won’t see this bad boy again for two whole years, and he’ll be an entirely different animal by then. 🙂‍↕️🍻

For this week’s we’re reaching all the way back to… uh, last month. 😜 Seriously though, we just really appreciated everyone (old friends and new friends 🥰) coming down for our big 1-0, and hope you all had as much fun as we did. 🥳🎂🍻 We’d say see you next year, but being Streetside, we’re obviously throwing many a party in the meantime. 🤔 How about “seeya soon”? 🫶😁🍺

It sure doesn’t feel like mid-October today 😅, but that means it’s time to start kicking off our 6th Annual Demogorgon Day announcements! 🙃👎 We begin with a legit Streetside classic. 🧐🤌 Toasted Coconut and Vanilla Demogorgon BATCH 4! One of the first Demo variants, this relatively straightforward pair of adjuncts (which we want to call subtle, but this is hardly a subtle b**r 😁) reflects the very beginning of of our wild voyage into the Upside Down. There’s definitely a reason it’s come back so many times. 🤤🍻 If you’re not already in the know, get ready to find out for yourself 10/31!
