Cincinnati is home to the main Samuel Adams Brewery and has been since 1997. We're still brewing here and with the opening of the Taproom in November of 2018, we have a way to brew small batch, experimental beers that sit well alongside favorites like Boston Lager, Octoberfest, and Wicked Easy. With our pints and flights, we serve up a rotating menu of pizzas, wings, brats and our favorite bar snacks. We also offer tours of our Taproom brewhouse and production brewery, as well as Utopias tastings and seasonal experiences. Come join us for a beer!

We’ve got some new additions to the food menu! Swing by to try our Pesto Chicken Melt: roasted chicken breast, house-made pesto aioli, provolone cheese, and roasted red peppers. Fresh and hearty at the same time, it pairs perfectly with a light, crisp l***r.

Hop Harvest returns! This year’s Hop Harvest is a fresh hop pale ale brewed with locally grown Chinook hops from our friends at Valley View Farms. It’s bright and hoppy with a super clean finish, featuring aromas of pine, grapefruit, mango, and resin. Now on draft. Hop Harvest is our current Drink Lab b**r. We gather feedback on these b**rs through a quick survey accessible via QR code in the taproom!

Brewed in collaboration with Miss Birdy, whose 2024 BLINK mural has breathed new life into our building, Untamed Nature celebrates Cincinnati’s public art in the form of a b**r. This juicy, hop-saturated IPA bursts with bright citrus and ripe tropical fruit notes, delivering an aromatic pop that leaps out of the glass. Like the mural itself, Untamed Nature is a bold and captivating b**r. Join our release party on Oct 8th to try the b**r, meet the artist, and celebrate the kickoff of BLINK!

Serpentine IPA has returned! This West Coast IPA is a slippery snake that drinks way smoother than it should. Mounds of Centennial, Citra, and Mosaic are well balanced with malt giving this brew a delicious grapefruit and pine aroma and flavor.
