WHIRLIGIG IS HERE 🌀

Whirligig built her flying machine after a winter spent watching maple seeds come down. A few blades, one seat, and a lemon in the toolbox for crafty reasons. Today, she lands.

We took an old Midwest Fruit Tart recipe and rebuilt it into something bolder: blueberry and lemon at more than two pounds of real fruit per gallon. She pours a wild, deep hue and drinks bright all the way through. 8% ABV, 4-packs of 12 oz cans.

Pouring now at the taproom, and rolling out to shops and bars that carry our rotating seasonals. If they've got our seasonal lineup, Whirligig is inbound.

Gadget has been at it since the berries came in, working the crate down a handful at a time, and the arithmetic chalked on his workshop wall holds that a Midwest Fruit Tart carries better than two pounds of real fruit per gallon. That puts roughly three ounces of raspberries and blackberries in every can of this one, give or take whatever the woods felt like sending that week.

We absolutely adore bringing folks together to learn and share about local food and fruits. Last year's inaugural Fruit Fest was such a success that we're inviting everyone back to make it bigger this year.

Stegosaurus is drawn to the Falls. All that mist and sun put them in no particular hurry to be anywhere drier, which suits a strawberry golden ale fine.
Real strawberries do the tinting, so the gold leans rosy toward the edges, and the flavor follows suit.
