Limited Dessert Special: Peach Cobbler
Embrace the bittersweet end of summer with celebrating the last of the great stone-fruit for the year. If you're like me, once the calendar turns to July - its a race to see how many peaches I can stuff in my belly before the end of the season. Bourbon poached peaches, buttery oat cruble, topped with a scoop of vanilla bean ice cream. It might taste even better on the back patio at Nine Giant while the weather has shifted to fabulous...
