Happy 2 Be Bock is our new Dopplebock that we just tapped. It is 8.1% and Dave did a fantastic job. It pours with a beautiful amber-to-deep copper glow, topped with a creamy, off-white head. The aroma is malt-forward, featuring notes of toasted bread, caramel, and dark honey.

On the palate, it is smooth and warming, with layered flavors of sweet malt, toffee....Despite its strength, the alcohol is well-integrated, adding warmth rather than sharpness. Hop bitterness is low, just enough to balance the sweetness without overpowering the malt.

Overall, it’s a rich, smooth, slightly sweet, and satisfying beer with a velvety mouthfeel and a clean lager finish.

Happy 2 be releasing bottles of our new Midnight Rickshaw! Midnight Rickshaw is an Imperial Stout aged in an Augusta Distillery bourbon barrel. ABV is 9.3% 22 oz. and selling for $15
Richshaw Day Activities:
• Mio’s will not be serving food or drinks. All food and beverages will be served from Happy 2 Production space directly behind Mio’s. Wont be hard to find
• Cash only event
• SunWake Farm (https://sunwakefarm.com/) will be serving beer grain fed cow beef smash-burgers and selling high-end frozen beef
• Chad Wherle (https://www.cwehrle.com/) local artist will be set-up to show and sell some of his amazing artwork. Just in time for Halloween
• Angie (and team) and Mario Pastura have designed some new merch, pre-order before 10/19 midnight and pick up during event or later. See earlier post for QR Code to order
• Brewery Tours led by David Maddrill, Head Brewer
• Split the pot raffle!!!
In addition to receiving half the acquired funds, the winner will also receive one of the used bourbon barrels. Proceeds from this raffle will go directly to the "Save Sandy" fund. Our dear friend and bartender Sandy McGrath is currently battling cancer like a boss, but the fight is just starting. While we have plans of brewing a beer for her in the future, this raffle is our way of showing her some love in the present
