NEW MENU at Ché O’Bryonville! 🔥Meet the CHICKEN MILANGA, a crispy, breaded chicken piled high with Applewood bacon, tomato, romaine & chimi mayo, all served on Texas toast and absolutely worth the hype. 🤤

And in this video, we’re giving a big shoutout to the amazing Chef Erica, bringing these new flavors to life! But the Chicken Milanga isn’t the only new reason to pull up.

👀 Our NEW menu lineup includes:

• ENSALADA DE LA CASA: chopped romaine, red onion, marinated tomatoes, cucumber, salsa criolla & creamy balsamic
• SMOKED CORN ENCHILADA: hickory-smoked corn, chilies, provolone, mozzarella & Parmesan
• BUTTERNUT SQUASH SOUP: cilantro crema & toasted pepitas

Meet the woman behind the menu, Erica Rodriguez, who will be leading the Ché kitchen team! 👋 Born and raised in Argentina, Rodriguez graduated from the Instituto Argentino de Gastronomía in Buenos Aires before making her way to Cincinnati. She joined Ignite Entertainment in 2022 and has continued to grow within the company, developing into a leader who now proudly takes the helm of Ché’s kitchen.

The new menu leans further into Ché’s Argentine and Latin American influences while keeping the approachable, neighborhood feel that has always defined the restaurant. New sandwiches include the chicken milanga, choripán, and patty melt, while the empanada lineup is expanding with new flavors like Philly cheesesteak and smoked corn. Some of Ché’s classic empanadas will also now be available gluten-free.

To round things out for the fall season, the menu also introduces a new salad and soup, giving guests even more reasons to stop by and experience Ché’s next chapter!
