Mixicles® were created by longtime colleagues and friends with a shared passion for cocktails. The problem they had was that making fresh cocktails from scratch can be challenging, time consuming, and require a number of ingredients that you may not have on hand or may be hard to find. Although the craft mixer market has grown in recent years, most require consumption within a few weeks of opening

. Traditional cocktail mixers last longer, but they’re full of high fructose corn syrup, preservatives, and artificial flavors. Plus, most don’t make very good drinks. So, out of a thirst for cocktails that are convenient and fresh, Mixicles® were born. Mixicles® are botanical drink mixers. They contain all the ingredients for premium handcrafted cocktails, other than the alcohol, in the form of an ice cube. Just pick a flavor, top the cube with your favorite spirit or other beverage, and enjoy as the flavors unfold. There’s no shaking required, and no watering down. Because Mixicles® do not contain any alcohol, you can also enjoy them as the natural foundation for distinctive mocktails or smoothies.

If you want an easy, cozy cocktail (or mocktail) this week, the Old Vermont is it. 🍁 A delicious blend of maple, citrus, bitters, and gin (which you barely taste), it gets even better with an Orange Blossom Pomegranate Mixicles cube for extra depth and autumn flavor.

This drink is perfect for Thanksgiving, and just as good made for anyone skipping alcohol. Just swap in your favorite gin (there are so many good ones out there!).

OLD VERMONT

Ingredients:
2 oz. gin
½ oz. maple syrup
½ oz. lemon juice
1 Orange Blossom Pomegranate Mixicles cube
2 dashes bitters, such as Angostura

How to Mix:
Combine all ingredients in a cocktail shaker and shake until the Mixicles cube is dissolved. Pour into a glass and garnish with dehydrated orange slices.

Big update from the Mixicles team! 📣

We’ve been a bit quiet on here because we’ve been deep in exploration mode. As Mixicles has evolved, so has our curiosity about how frozen formats could offer a food-based way to get essential nutrients — and make supporting daily health feel refreshing rather than routine.

That curiosity has led us to the next stage of our journey:
a fruit-based frozen supplement concept designed to make nutrition and hydration easier, more enjoyable, and more accessible.
