LA VENDEDORA 🌶️🍅

Savory, smoky, a little funky, and not quite what you expect from a martini.

Tomato water mezcal, jalapeño tequila, cotija vermouth, and mole bitters are batched and rested ice cold in the freezer, then finished with cilantro + black pepper oil.

The tomato keeps it bright. The mezcal brings smoke. Cotija adds that salty, umami edge. Jalapeño gives it just enough warmth.

Basically, an Oaxacan market stroll in a martini glass.
