Don’t sleep on the sticky ribs.. our smoked spare ribs flash fried and tossed in our house made Kansas City Barbecue sauce with a nice pinch of coleslaw makes for a perfect shareable before a meal or enjoy them by yourself with a cold b**r. It’s your world, we’re just giving you choices.

🚨 BURGER OF THE DAY 🚨 Our take on the Oklahoma Burger. Double patty, smashed & grilled onions, burger sauce, pickle and cheese. We keep coming back to this one for its simplicity and over all burger experience. So much that we are toying with the idea of making this our all the time “house” burger. We’d love your input and help deciding. Come and get one!

We definitely love to be creative and experimental with our monthly specials which is so much fun but this is one of those things that really brings it back to barbecue. We are running Texas style pork steaks and if you’ve never had one you should. Topped with a nice little cowboy compound butter to finish it and you will once again remember why the sauce is always on the side.

Jake is another talent that can do just about everything from design to sign painting. It’s such a honor to be able to work with other passionate and dedicated humans. Looking to add another person to our team in OTR. We work together in an often high volume environment. We are a neighborhood spot that focuses on a casual yet warm, welcoming vibe and our goal is to serve the best barbecue around.
