We raised our glasses one last time on Saturday night, as we bid adieu to Pampas. Today, we hand over the keys to our friends at , and reflect on all the good times, memories made, and friendships born here in O'Bryonville, and we're grateful to each and every one of you we met along the way. After nearly three years as Pampas here in O'Bryonville, and after careful consideration for what works best here in the neighborhood, it is time to bid farewell to the friends we've made here as Pampas Argentine Gastropub.

BUT, have no fear, this beautiful building, and all that we have transformed it into, is becoming CHÉ O'BRYONVILLE, as we move operations from next door!

Our last night of service at both of the locations will be this Saturday, October 7th, and Ché will reopen here at 2038 Madison Rd as Ché O'Bryonville on Tuesday, October 17th!

While we work through the move with Ché moving into the former Pampas, we are simultaneously transforming the former Ché space next door, into Ché’s Commissary, Nuestra Cocina, Ignite’s hub for catering production, commissary use, a tasting room, and test kitchen.

Reservations set to occur after 10/7 at both locations have been notified of their cancelation or the move, and our management staff will be reaching out to offer a reservation at the new Ché, or one of the other Ignite concepts, in place of Pampas.

Thank you for a wonderful three years here at Pampas! Make a reservation to join us this week, and enjoy a taste of the Argentine Countryside one last time.
