Tonight's special is a Shrimp Pesto Alfredo
Fettuccini noodles with a lemon basil pesto Alfredo sauce
Topped with shrimp sauteed in tequila and garlic, cherry tomatoes and Parmesan cheese (we can also substitute chicken instead of shrimp)

Our house made fries with a Smashburger, onions and melted cheddar cheese layer drizzled with house made Korean BBQ, BBQ, Ranch and Sriracha Mayo...then add another full layer... then topped with steak bites, more drizzle, green onions garnish and a sprinkle of parmesan cheese

Meet the man behind the flavors: Robert, though most of you know him as, Chef Rob. 👨‍🍳
Rob’s culinary journey includes time spent honing his craft at the Auguste Escoffier School of Culinary Arts, a foundation that led him through a whirlwind career as an Executive Chef, Traveling Chef, and Head Chef. After years of leading kitchens and mastering different styles of service, he’s bringing that high-level expertise right here to our community in Chippewa.
For Rob, the kitchen isn't just a workspace, it’s where he lets his creativity run wild. When he’s not curating new dishes for us, he’s a dedicated dad, a video game modder, and a constant student of global flavors, often experimenting with new cuisines at home. We’re thrilled to have his creative spark in our kitchen!
