This is a must watch video.
When I first got to this property here in el monte, the gate was smashed in from a truck hitting it. I straighten it out, but when ibwas re welding the frame back into the base post, I noticed some water leaking.. you need to watch this to understand that if you have gates you need to put some holes at the bottom.. or call me, ill do it for you..:)

Yesterdays job. Was called to fix a broken spring pin lock, but after doing a small walk around and having the experience of knowing the usual places of cracks and broken pieces. I noticed one section that was totally broken. The driver says it wasnt even going up or down and wasnt sure why, now he knows. After some prep cleaning, and cutting off some .250 L bracket plates to fit the area, i got it all welded up and back in working order..

I cut off the old piece that was still welded to the frame prepd the area removing paint rust and the old welds...
Welded up the new bracket. Painted the weld to help reduce any rusting. The. Welded a reinforcement 1/4 plate on to ad strength 💪.
Painted it and now is back on the road....

After a early morning crash through these gates. A vehicle slammed through busting the gate down and out of the ground, and then ran to not be caught. I was called in to do the repairs..
Good thing was it was repairable.
Welded back together, jack hammered all the old concrete off the post, dug a 2 and a half foot deep hole, and re cemented it back in.... Just need to do the lock brackets and this place has thier security swing gate back in action..

The ball on this crain truck had 2 broken bolts.. did my thing got them out and another happy customer....

Cut off the old broken jack and replaced it with a new one and added the safety chains....
