One last glass… and one last night at Creekside Cellars~ It was finally time to sit down and relax after a hectic week of packing, cleaning, visiting with friends who stopped by and to help our last customers. I just need to light a few candles, make sure the champagne is very chilled and that a pair of the original Creekside Cellars flutes are in place. Then a soft sigh emerges from the bottle as Dennis releases the cork, making sure the bubbles stay inside and do not escape. The rain is quiet and a welcome treat as we raise our glasses to a final toast. "Here's to Creekside Cellars. And to having the honor and privilege of being it's owners and making a dream come true." And as the picture on our living room wall reads…Life should not be lived, It should be Celebrated! CHEERS!

The things you find when cleaning and moving! While packing Monday night I found this banner all rolled up in the corner. It was one I had made for Dennis when he retired from the City and became Creekside Cellars newest fulltime employee! Not sure why I kept it...but just had to re-use it with some fine tuning!! So on our very last day of packing and cleaning it is now proudly hanging from our fence!! Still lots of packing to do(want to help??!!) before we pop that last cork and sit back and reflect on this wonderful experience!!

OPEN &THE PRICE IS RIGHT! Last night was a wonderful evening of not only great wine but fabulous people!! And even a surprise appearance by my 3 brothers & sister-in-law!!
