When your Oktoberfest collaborators come to town, you show them around. Markus and Nini Hoppe owners of Hoppebräu spent some time with us in Mills River, touring the brewery, meeting our brewers and seeing how we make beer on this side of the Atlantic.

They brought beers from Bavaria for us to try, we shared some of ours, and they spent some time exploring the breweries around Asheville, too 🍻

We teamed up with Hoppebräu for a Festbier that brings together the best of both brewing traditions. Munich malt brings a soft, bready malt character, while Cascade and Hersbrucker hops add a subtle floral note.
