To say I wish this company was around years ago is an understatement....especially as I started going through menopause!

Literally..overnight..I no longer could drink even a half of glass of wine without feeling like I was run over.

And to top it off....my metabolism changed...and the word 'carbs' took on a whole new meaning.

Fast forward a few years....and I can enjoy a glass of wine without the nasty after effects and without having to worry about the sugar/carb content I am consuming.

Menopause stinks....but simple changes we make in our daily routine and diet....can make a world of difference!
