🍍 Pineapple Lemon Drop 🍍

📋 Ingredients:

● 1 ½ ounces vodka
● 1 ounce pineapple juice
● ½ ounce lemon juice
● ½ ounce triple sec
● 1 teaspoon simple syrup
● Ice
● Pineapple slice (for garnish)
● Sugar (for rim, optional)

📝 Instructions:

1️⃣ If desired, rim the glass with sugar by dipping the edge in lemon juice and then into sugar.
2️⃣ Fill a cocktail shaker with ice.
3️⃣ Add vodka, pineapple juice, lemon juice, triple sec, and simple syrup.
4️⃣ Shake well until chilled.
5️⃣ Strain into a chilled martini glass.
6️⃣ Garnish with a pineapple slice.
7️⃣ Serve and enjoy!
