O’Toole’s Pub Group is pleased to announce the appointment of Jeff Beale as our new Executive Chef. Jeff’s new role & responsibilities will include overseeing all culinary operations within the four locations. This will include private events & catering. Jeff will start building and fostering relationships with local purveyors and farmers to provide a locally influenced quality of food for the restaurant and event spaces.

Previously Chef Jeff served as the Executive Chef for Maggiano’s, Capital Grille and most recently a high volume Wisconsin pub group.

Chef Jeff has a Culinary Arts Degree from Kendall College and he has been recognized with various leadership awards and nominations during his 27 years of culinary leadership. Jeff’s passion for hospitality stems from a deep culture of gathering, cooking and experiencing old favorites in a new way. He has a wealth of knowledge and has cultivated relationships resulting in sourcing quality products, strategic partnerships and developing his team.

“Sara and Jr gave me my first head chef opportunity in the mid 90’s opening up their American Bistro in Evanston. I’m excited to be back with them as Executive Chef of O’Toole’s Pub Group.
