Fall is upon us and as we are sad to say goodbye to summertime Chicago we must be prepared for the inevitable shift. No better way to bring in fall than with a Hennessy Cognac cocktail option for your guests on your upcoming menu.
Feel free to R&D Fall Cognac Cocktails with IL Hennessy Ambassador & Mixologist Alexis Brown at the Southern Glazer’s Wine & Spirits Hospitality Suite Monday, September 13th. Alexis will cover Classic Cognac Cocktails and spark your creativity after a fully immersive tasting of Hennessy VS, VSOP & XO.
Just bring yourself! All spirits and tools will be provided.
The workshop is open to all bartenders, mixologists and beverage directors in the Chicagoland area. The workshop is 11:30-5:30pm for you to pop in when it’s convenient. Reserve your 1hr spot now! Spaces are limited. Please only RSVP if you can attend.

Happy Women’s Month! Sunday, March 8, 2020 was International Women’s Day!!

To celebrate Women in F&B, Nightlife & The Service Industry, Courvoisier (), , & SLBB () chose to curate a exclusive pamper party to allow these selfless and hardworking women a chance to be on the other side of an experience!
•
Pear Nova Studios so graciously allowed us to invade their space and offer our special guests manis, pedis, massages, makeup touchups, eyelash applications, henna and even a braid bar for them to take advantage of!
•
led an educational Courvoisier portfolio tasting and pairing to fully dive into the brand and uncover the nuances of the VS, VSOP, & XO marks.
•
With this new knowledge of VS & VSOP guests were able to visit the CYOC Bar (create your own cocktail) and customize cocktails with SLBB Staff at The Sour Station, Daisy Station, Collins Station or French 75 Station. Each Station was set to show the versatility of Courvoisier VS & VSOP using different syrups and liqueurs in order to complement or accentuate certain flavor profiles.
•
After their customization session at the CYOC Bar, the ladies were urged to visit the Garnish Station where they had the opportunity to add flair and aromatics to their curated cocktail!
•
This was such a fun and purposeful event to execute and many thanks go out to for partnering and allowing us to bring her vision to life. @ Pear Nova Studio
