Craving something fresh & vibrant? Our beet salad is the perfect way to get that - the salad starts with a bed of fresh mixed greens. Itā€™s topped with beets, grapefruit, orange, and shaved fennel thatā€™s tossed in our homemade shallot vinaigrette. Itā€™s then topped with toasted & chopped walnuts, goat cheese, and tarragon oil!
