Beer is Life.....

At Centennial, our passion is craft beer and our focus is simple: to celebrate craft beer. Beer can bring people together on a common ground and has the ability to create a community. The idea behind Centennial has been to create a local gathering spot to celebrate outstanding craft beers. We feature 56 taps with a selection of 36 rotating craft beers, and carry a number of beer

s available in bottles and cans. And our approach to craft goes beyond our beers, as our curated selection of wines and spirits is comprised of mostly craft producers and distillers. Our chef-driven menu focuses on beer pairings and incorporating beer and an ingredient. The menu emphasizes smoked, char-grilled, and wood-fired ingredients, and features a house made charcuterie program. For the past 6 years, our team has been working to give new life to the 1888 building. The bottom floor showcases our wood bar and community table, both built from the original floor joists pulled from the building. Our top floor bar features a salvaged 1940's Brunswick bar and handmade Zinc counter top. With two unique floors, each space claims its own identity.
