Whether it'd be for a shoot for an Amazon Prime series or at some huge comedy festival somewhere, they are always on the road. BUT WHEN THEY FIND THE TIME, THEY GET TOGETHER & CREATE SOME IMPROVISED 🔥 Both Second City alums, this duo is sure to deliver the funny and easily brings the house down no matter where they are. People of Chicago & beyond, allow us to introduce to you your new favorite comedy showcase. Brought to you a by a couple of people who do comedy well & believe in other people who do comedy well. Originally conceived by the mind of comedian Jayson Acevedo, People of Comedy is a collaboration between comedians or “The People”: Sharup Karim, Spark Tabor, Aaron McDavis, Menaka Deolekar & Jayson Acevedo.

"People of Comedy" is The Juicebox Theater's very first stand up comedy showcase. The show will focus on showcasing a variety of different talents from many marginalized & diverse voices. We are the difference makers in comedy. We are the voices that deserve to be heard. We are the new majority. We are...People. Of. Comedy.
