We’re doing something different this week for to make benchmark Burgundy accessible to folks in the industry. Let us know you work in wine/restaurants and we’ll get you a complimentary tasting flight of Dauvissat and Roulot. No strings attached but we highly recommend pairing it with a plate of truffle ricotta ravioli, brown butter, spinach and hazelnuts. While you’re here you should also try the blind tasting flight; it won’t be Nikolaihof and Boncie this week but we promise it will be awesome.

Rare 2018 Barolos from two great producers open for tonight - Trediberri and Margherita Otto are relatively new to the scene but make impeccable, traditional wines that can stand with the top OG in Piedmont.

Our Piedmont focus will continue with crazy wines over the next couple weeks including Cappellano Pie Franco 2006 and Pie Rupestris 2016, Giacamo vs Aldo Conterno from the cellar and more.
