What I did this week... We have 26 new titles for Cloth Books... I cut 4 copies of each book...104 books total. A wonderful assortment of story and activity books including a Classic Pooh, ABCs, Counting, Colors, Shapes, Exploring the Construction Site, Exploring the Milky Way, Opposites and more! After a crazy week, I am happy to announce that it's ending on a positive note. Did the craft show at Ascension Living today and it exceeded expectations! It's definitely the little show that could!

Fellow Painted Tree Shop Owners!!!

Based on the FAQ received today there are things you can do to protect yourself later.

Go into the Painted Tree dashboard and print your entire inventory. This will show proof of what was in your shop if you should get locked out. This will also show WHEN items were sold.

Also print your sales that you haven't received payment for (March and April) This will provide evidence of what you are still owed.

Do this quickly before they shut down the dashboard.

Find your confirmations for rent payments made and print those
Chances are there won't be any funds for us after the bankruptcy is filed. From what I've heard, landlords have not received payment in months and they will probably get paid first. But you can use this information to show your losses on your tax return next year.

I know we're all hurting right now...but please prepare to protect yourselves!
