If you’ve visited daisies or The Radicle in the last month or so you might have noticed some new (and familiar faces). We’re excited to finally let you in on the secret we’ve been keeping—please welcome chef Jennifer Kim & bar director Becca Petersen to our leadership team here at Radicle Food Group! While Chef Jennifer is new to us, Becca is returning to the team, and we couldn’t be more excited to have them both on board. The creativity, skill, and vision they each bring to the table is truly something special 🌼

As daisies heads into its tenth year of service and Radicle nears its first birthday (!), we’re looking forward to another ten years of being the best version of ourselves. Some of their work has already quietly hit the menu, and if you haven’t stopped by Radicle or daisies to say hi already, you really should. We can’t wait for you to meet them—we know you’ll love them too.

Welcome, fall 🌼 With a new season comes new menu items, and we’re saying hello to badger flame beets with beef tongue, bagna cauda, pistachio, and crispy capers. Badger flames are a golden beet varietal with a sweeter, milder flavor—the sweetness of these beets pairs perfectly with the savory beef tongue, bagna cauda, and tangy capers.
