WE look forward to more collaboration with Eater Chicago.

HUMBOLDT PARK— A new $10.5 million concert hall with a supper club is planned for 2435 W. Division Street, according to Block Club Chicago. Radio Rumba will focus on Latinos over two floors, roughly 12,000 square feet each. Ownership hopes to start construction this summer and open in spring 2019.

A development group in Humboldt Park hopes to make Division Street a new destination for tourists and locals with a Latin/Caribbean-themed dance hall, supper club and more.

Radio Rumba is proud to be featured in Chicago Block Club today, a great community news addition to our city!

The $10.5 million project is part of a larger vision to transform Division Street into a "Latin District" with Caribbean-themed bars, a rum distillery and a hotel.
