Penumbra Wine Bar in Chicago's Logan Square introduces a unique twist of Latin inspired steak and seafood dishes with an aspect of wine incorporated into food and cocktail recipes. The name Penumbra is inspired by the owners experience living the first part of her life in Ecuador.
