Three countries, three very different pours. Tomorrow’s Thursday Tasting takes us from Burgundy to Baden to Nemea, with a lineup that moves from sparkling rosé to a crisp Blanc de Noirs and finishes with a savory Mediterranean red.

Andre Delorme, “Terroirs des Fruits” Brut Rosé NV | Burgundy, France
A traditional-method Crémant de Bourgogne Rosé with bright strawberry and raspberry notes, balanced by an elegant, polished finish.

Königschaffhausen-Kiechlinsbergen, “Steinbruble” Blanc de Noirs 2025 | Baden, Germany
Pinot Noir, but not as you know it. White-vinified and dry, with notes of melon, mandarin, marzipan, subtle pineapple and almond. Fresh, juicy and lifted by clean acidity.

Gai’a, “Notios” Red Blend 2025 | Nemea, Greece
A blend of native Agiorgitiko and Syrah bringing together ripe red fruit, soft tannins, spice and structure for a rich, balanced finish.

Join us tomorrow from 5–7 PM and taste your way through France, Germany and Greece, one glass at a time.

Come curious. We’ll handle the wine.😉

A little last-minute, and a very good reason to make plans for Thursday.

Join us tomorrow from 5–7 PM for an impromptu tasting with John House, Founder & Winemaker of , featuring two bright, coastal-inspired wines from sustainably and organically farmed vineyards.

Big Salt White Blend 2025 //
Riesling, Gewürztraminer, Early Muscat, Pinot Blanc & Pinot Gris //
Aromatic and textural with salty lemon, ginger, sea spray and tropical citrus. Native fermentation, extended lees contact and time in concrete, neutral oak and stainless steel give this dry, zippy white plenty of character and a distinctly briny finish.

PNK Salt Rosé 2025 //
99% Cabernet Sauvignon & 1% Big Salt //
Fresh red cherry, currant and green fig meet vibrant acidity and a lean, savory finish with Big Salt’s signature saline edge.

We’ll keep things casual, pour alongside John, talk through the wines, and have a few snacks from on hand.

Sometimes the best tastings are the ones that come together at the last minute. Come taste with us tomorrow from 5-7 PM at J9.

Tomorrow, we’re taking a trip through Northern Italy.

Join us Thursday from 5–7 PM as we taste three wines from three distinct regions, each offering a different expression of Northern Italy.

EMILIA-ROMAGNA //
Cleto Chiarli Rosé de Noir Brut Spumante NV //
Lambrusco Grasparossa + Pinot Nero
Wild cherry, raspberry, rosemary, and thyme with a bright, juicy palate and crisp, lingering finish.

VENETO //
Ca Maiol “Prestige” Lugana 2024 //
Turbiana
Green apple, lime, wild thyme, white pepper, and soft minerality with a fresh, balanced finish.

PIEDMONT //
La Miraja Grignolino d’Asti 2024 //
Grignolino
Rose hip, violet, bing cherry, fresh mushroom, and stony minerality in a light, perfumed red. A particularly special pour after getting to spend time with seventh-generation winemaker Eugenio Gatti in April.

Three regions. Three very different sides of Northern Italy.

Come taste your way through Italy with us tomorrow night, and maybe leave with a new Italian favorite.

A little trip to Spain, no passport required.

Tomorrow from 5 to 7 PM, we’re pouring our way through one of our favorite travel destinations: Spain.

We’ll begin in Rueda with Ramón Bilbao “Early Harvest” Verdejo, a bright and vibrant white layered with citrus peel, green apple, fresh-cut grass, and orange blossom.

Next, Verum “Ulterior” Naranja takes us to Castilla-La Mancha. This organic, skin-contact wine is aged in clay amphorae, bringing together ripe orchard fruit, dried flowers, wild herbs, gentle tannins, and mineral depth.

We’ll finish in the high-elevation vineyards of Rioja Alavesa with Sierra de Toloño Rioja Tinto. Made with minimal intervention, this Tempranillo offers violets, red cherry, fresh strawberry, Mediterranean herbs, smooth tannins, and plenty of lively acidity.

Update!!! This Thursday’s tasting brings together three summer wines that take very different approaches to the season.

First up is Mar de Frades Brut Nature, the first traditional-method sparkling wine made entirely from Albariño. Bone-dry, crisp, and electric, it brings the coastal character of Rías Baixas to the glass.

Next, we’ll pour Coquerel Family’s Walnut Wash Vineyard Rosé. Made entirely from Cabernet Sauvignon, this deeper-hued Napa rosé is expressive, structured, and especially suited to red wine drinkers.

We’ll finish with Olga Raffault, Chinon "La Fraich" 100 % Cabernet Franc vinified in stainless. It's vibrant, showcasing floral and fruity notes of violet, black currant and raspberry. The result is light, fruity and youthful. A perfect summer red!

Join us at J9 this Thursday from 5 to 7 PM.
