Tonight's tasting takes you from the volcanic hillsides of Tokaji to the alpine vineyards of Alto Adige and Trentino, showcasing three wines that are bright, expressive, and unmistakably shaped by where they come from.

Expect zesty citrus and minerality from Hungary's signature Furmint, crisp orchard fruit and mountain freshness from Pinot Bianco, and a juicy, vibrant red that proves red wine can be just as refreshing as white.

From delicate sparkling rosé with notes of passion fruit and yuzu to a crisp, mineral-driven Petit Chablis that might just change your mind about Chardonnay forever, this week’s pours were made for slow sipping and good conversation. Rounded out with a vibrant Greek rosé bursting with fresh cherry and strawberry notes, every glass feels bright, layered, and perfectly suited for patio season.

Join us tomorrow from 5 to 7 PM for a tasting that moves from bubbles to coastal reds, with a lineup that’s equal parts thoughtful and easy to drink.

We’ll start with VARA Silverhead Brut NV, a Méthode Champenoise sparkler with fine bubbles, pear and chamomile notes, and added depth from 18 months on the lees.

Next, Villa Creek Farmhouse White 2024 offers a layered white blend with white peach, pear, fennel, and a subtle creaminess, balanced by bright, clean acidity.

We’ll finish with Domaine Vico Corse Rouge Forca di Pero 2023, a biodynamic Corsican red with red fruit, violet, and mineral tones, shaped by whole-cluster fermentation and time in concrete.

We’ll start with sparkling Ribolla Gialla from Friuli, bright and floral with a crisp mineral finish. From there, Garnacha Blanco from Catalunya brings juicy citrus, orchard fruit, and a hint of spice. We’ll finish with a beautifully aged Cabernet Sauvignon from Navarra, layered with dark fruit, pepper, and soft notes of oak.
