otivated by family, and successful due to an undying passion for hospitality and mixology, The Bar Czar (trademark pending) has been crafting cocktails since 2011. As a certified mixologist (BarSmarts Pernod Ricard '15), The Bar Czar continues to push the boundaries as to what ingredients can be combined to make new cocktails, while perfecting the classics with his own fanfare. Education is key and The Bar Czar continues to further qualify himself as a certified mixologist/bartender/server/cocktail historian by reading and taking continuing education courses. In an effort to provide a complete story for each cocktail consumed, The Bar Czar also continues to devote his time to learning more about his beloved city, Chicago, once home to one of the most notorious bootleggers ever, Al Capone. The Bar Czar officially offers a variety of services including the following:
