On National Margarita Day, it’s worth remembering the margarita has been around since the 1930s - built on the balance of tequila, citrus, and orange liqueur.

Scarlet Fang is our take on that structure - salty, citrusy, peppery, and built on an agave blend with raicilla for depth.
