Say hello to Alvaro, our Lead Steak Chef and one of the longest-standing parts of Kinzie itself.⁠

He’s been here for over 35 years, before Kinzie Chophouse was Kinzie Chophouse. His official title might be Lead Steak Chef, but to the team, he’s Papa.⁠

Three and a half decades in the same kitchen is something special, and we’re incredibly grateful to have him on our team and as part of the Kinzie story.
