DRI-DEK
Irish Dry Stout

A black beer with ruby red highlights and a frothy tan head, Dri-Dek leaves cushy rings of lacing in the glass as it recedes. The aroma is filled with beautiful notes of Bakers chocolate, dried blueberries and Irish brown bread. The flavor has a mild bitterness that works in harmony with notes of roasted marshmallow, cocoa and black tea. There is a smooth, medium body, followed by a dry finish with a light lingering roasted note. Classic Irish Dry Stout, without the nitro!

🍻JAZZ PIPE 🎷
West-Coast Style Imperial IPA

Jazz Pipe is made with 100% German Pilsner malt, and uses only US Pahto, Citra, Strata and New Zealand Nectaron hops. It pours a clear gold color topped by a frothy white head that leaves lacing on the glass. The aroma is packed with notes of citrus fruit, pineapple, and dank stuff. The flavor follows with orange-lemon creamsicle, pineapple, and a punchy bite, leaving the palette with a long, lingering bitterness (though not harsh). Smooth, and dangerously drinkable!

Brewer Mike is back to tell us about a new twist on an old favorite!

Zeal For Zielke
New Zealand Pale Ale, 5.3%
This dry, drinkable ode to Sauvignon Blanc wine is brewed with Pilsner and a touch of oats and fonio malt. 100% New Zealand hops were used in the kettle (Motueka and Nelson Sauvin) and the result was fermented with a special bioengineered yeast strain that creates aromas of passion fruit and guava. This beer is meant to be intensely fruity on the nose, and yet dry on the palate. Named in honor of Meredith Zielke’s love for New Zealand Sauvignon Blanc wine and our zeal for her.
